Tourist Quality Commitment is a distinction awarded by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of Spain which aims to ensure the internal management of tourism enterprises and institutions, tourism-related services, establish controls on the processes that guarantee the satisfaction of customers and ensure the safety and comfort of the facilities.
This initiative is part of the Spanish Tourism Quality System (SCTE), which is a set of technology solutions that are intrinsically related with concepts such as quality, competitiveness, profitability and sustainability. The SCTE is a unique experience in the world: an initiative of the business sector to which the Secretariat of Tourism (SET) provides its institutional, technical and economic.
"Tourist Quality Commitment", accredits and recognizes the efforts made by participating companies.
The badge is valid for two years, but is reviewed every year.
